1. Set your availability — the weekly slots students can book.
2. A student books — from your slots, in Locus. It appears under Upcoming sessions on this page.
3. Run the session — read where their last session left them, then coach (45 minutes).
4. File the record within 48 hours — the recording, the shared summary, the tools you used and the five carry-forward fields.
5. Raise a flag if something needs LE — tell us the same day. Flag, don’t fix.
6. Read your review feedback — scored per marker, with a note.
7. See what the next gate needs — what the record lacks, and what only a person can confirm.

A session is 45 minutes of coaching and 15 of writing it up. Within 48 hours of the session we need the recording, the shared summary, the tools you used and the five carry-forward fields. A session with no filed record is not paid. That is not a penalty — the record is what we are buying, and the documentation is half of it.
