Your log of supervision: roughly one hour for every 15 hours of coaching. The coaching lead can read it. It is reflective support, not quality review — that is a separate thing, and lives elsewhere.

Log a supervision session

Do not name students — not by name and not by ID. Describe the situation without them. Supervision is about your practice, and that separation is what keeps it supervision rather than surveillance; the Hub refuses a record that carries a student ID.
